Vacation time...

Was listening to our national radio this morning... The DJ often has guests in his studio and in order to perform their own song, they have to cover a song out our Top50 charge as well... This Dutch singer Krystl does a fanfuckingtastic version of Lorde's Royals...

Blue beauty...

The beauty of the unexpected...

Sometimes you run into situations that you don't expect and get a really beautiful surprise. Like this little blue beauty. I ran into thisone Friday evening, nextdoor to the sports school. Looks like we're gonna meet every Friday evening now and I really don't care. Look at the beautiful roundings, the wheel hubs and the little back lights. The shape of the fenders and the nice blue colour...

Doin' her own thing...

Nature is a beautiful thing and is all around us. We like to keep control of nature in our surroundings; like to keep the grass short, sweep the side walk, cut our hair and so on...

But what happens if you let nature do her own thing? Just leave you car in the woods for a couple of years and see what nature does to it.
Is'nt it great to see that nature doesn't give a crap where it has to grow and just does her own thing...

That's why I'm a sucker for picas like this one...

Rollin' in the hay...

Every day we drove by fields filled with rolls of hay... Fields full of sunflowers, vineyards and I just had to stop and catch a couple of these moments... These images are in my opinion connected with summer holiday/vacation...! Now, sice it's raining here's, another summer image!

Let there be light...

Last night we had the first training in our sportschools' new location.

90% finished, dojo needs some dotting the i's and other things need some crossing of the t's...

Time to start-up the new season of getting back into shape... Cool ceiling lights in the bar and reception area...

Old features...

Instead of beeing torn down, an old kitchen (Buynzeel in Zaandam, the Netherlands) factory is beeing restored and also adjusted to the standards of today. But with the original features of design, like the small industrial windows. Why make it easy on yourself, tear it all down and build something completely new, when you can keep the surroundings it beautiful as well.

All you need is happiness...

The sun flower...

The beauty, to me, in this flower is that it makes you feel the sun is shining even if it don't... Makes you feel happy...

Makes you feel the sun is out all day!!!

Maybe that's why fields full of them are grown in France to keep you feel happy and make you keep on coming back to that country... Happy flower, is that why it's connected to the flower-power aera...?

Aaaannnnd we're back...

Again...

The beauty of going on vacation is... coming back from vacation. Cleaning all you shit again and putting it away for another year. Loads of laundry to do and the car needs some cleaning as well...

So starting saving up again, going back to work tomorrow... Let's see what beauties the new day will bring us, as long as the sun comes up and we stay happy and relaxed.
